SitePro Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent for one of Arizona’s top electrical contractors! As a project intendent you will act as the primary contact and responsible persons in executing and coordinating the electrical installation of projects. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to implementing a strong safety culture with the ability to collaborate closely with the Project Manager and General Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Preconstruction/ Project Set up: read and understand all project requirements, contract, and subcontracts. Create tool plan and projection for project. Writing of RFI’s.
Support Project Manager: assist in purchase order process as needed, provide quantities for major material items and buyouts, review submittals.
Manage onsite field team: ensure field team understands project scope and specifications. Create and manage detailing plan and schedule. Create temp power plan, field schedule and manpower loader. Manage expectations for General Foreman.
Work with the General Contractor: Build a relationship with the GC to establish a productive and efficient work environment.
Equipment management: Create tool plan for project, maintain appropriate levels or materials and tools and implement strong safety culture
Project Closeout: Assist with process development, demobilization of tools and material, call off rental equipment.
Qualifications:
10 years of electrical experience and 5 years’ experience running projects as a primary lead
Journeyman License or Certification
Excellent understanding of electrical construction and materials
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS word, Primavera P6 and Bluebeam
Communication and Customer Service skills, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to multi – task in a fast paced- environment
Ability to occasionally lift/ move up to 50 lbs.
