Job Description

As an SPS Electrician, you can expect:
As an SPS Electrician, you can expect:

- Hanging light fixtures/ballasts
- Operating/spotting scissor and boom lifts on site
- Assisting in troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, and motors
- Helping to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems such as electrical panels and lighting
- Inspecting electrical units for loose connections or other defects
- Tracing short circuits using testing meters
- Running/bending conduit & branch wiring
- Other duties as required
- A Journeyman Electrician or Electrician Apprentice
- Commercial or industrial electrician experience is required
- Knowledge of all color codes
- The ability to construct controllers and panels using power drills, drill presses, taps, saws, and punches
- Possession of all basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, boots, work gloves) and hand tools
- Reliable transportation that will get you to and from the site
