HVAC Service Technician | Up to $40/hr. | Phoenix, AZ
Looking for a high-paying, direct-hire HVAC role with a company that values expertise and craftsmanship?

- Company vehicle and phone provided
- Monday–Friday schedule (7 AM – 4 PM) with a 4-5 week on-call rotation (24-hour availability required when on call)
- Work on large-scale commercial and industrial HVAC projects
What You’ll Do:
- Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Handle critical cooling systems, boilers, chillers, and hydronic pump systems
- Diagnose system issues using technical schematics and diagrams
- Perform line sets, brazing techniques, and manufacturer start-up procedures
- Maintain accurate records and document all work performed
- Ensure OSHA compliance and site safety standards
- Provide after-hours on-call service on a rotating 5-6 week schedule
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ year of field experience OR graduation from a qualified trade school
- EPA certification required (Universal preferred)
- Experience troubleshooting and running independent service calls
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must provide own hand tools, basic power tools, and industry-standard refrigeration tools (larger equipment provided)
