Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Outside Plant (OSP) Low Voltage Technician to install, maintain, splice, and repair low-voltage telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic and copper cable networks. This role works primarily outdoors and in the field — installing aerial, underground, and buried cable plant — to support the buildout and upkeep of telecommunications, cable, and broadband networks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions, and takes pride in delivering reliable, code-compliant work.
Accepting candidates with and without previous experience, but all candidates should be willing to grow their skillset within their trade, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a positive, professional attitude. Those candidates with previous experience should also be willing to assist in training new employees in the required skills of the trade and work towards a lead or superintendent role.
