Construction Safety Coordinator – Up to $38/hr | Full-Time | Goodyear, AZ
Looking to grow your safety career in high-profile construction? This is your chance to step into a key role on major data center projects across the Phoenix metro area.
A leading electrical contractor is hiring Safety Coordinators for contract-to-hire positions with strong long-term potential. If you have electrical safety experience and are open to supporting multiple job sites, this could be a great fit.

- Earn up to $38/hr, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule: 4x10s currently, transitioning to 5x10s (some sites may include Saturdays)

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor job site safety for electrical teams and subcontractors
- Lead safety walkthroughs, toolbox talks, and site meetings
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and client standards
- Process safe work permits and maintain required documentation
- Investigate incidents and track corrective actions
- Support environmental compliance and waste reporting
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of EHS experience in heavy industry
- 5+ years of experience in construction safety
- Background in electrical or procedure-based construction (preferred)
- OSHA-related certifications (fall protection, LOTO, etc.)
- CHST, OHST, or CSP certifications are a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
