Structured Cabling Superintendent
Rayville, Louisiana • Full-Time • ISP Lead the Charge on Large-Scale Structured Cabling Projects SitePro Solutions is looking for an experienced Structured Cabling Superintendent to take the reins on a medium-to-large project in Rayville, Louisiana. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows structured cabling inside and out and who's ready to own a jobsite from staffing and safety to budget and delivery.

Schedule & Commitment Hours to Start 40 hrs/week to start, ramping up to 60+ hrs/week as the project scales Shift 5:00 AM start · 10-hour shift  Location & Housing Our client prefers candidates local to the Rayville, LA area, but we're open to travelers if needed — client has a housing development near the site to support traveling crew members. What You'll Do As the on-site leader, you'll own every phase of the project:
- Lead the team — hire, train, supervise, mentor, and manage performance for all project staff
- Own the customer relationship — serve as the primary on-site point of contact and senior liaison for customer representatives
- Drive profitability and deadlines — plan, manage, and monitor the project budget, staffing levels, and delivery schedule to hit customer and company goals
- Ensure quality — run daily job walks, prevent outages, and prepare accurate, red-lined as-built drawings
- Keep the paperwork tight — timesheets, work orders, change orders, material/tool transfers, job closing packages, invoicing, and financial reporting — done accurately and on time
- Solve problems in the field — apply deep technical knowledge of structured cabling to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they come up
- Improve how the job runs — review and refine estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and reporting processes
- Champion safety — partner with the Training Department to make safety the team's first priority
- Manage resources — oversee tool and truck inventory/maintenance
- 3+ years of experience in structured cabling / telecom construction supervision
- ISP scope: strong working knowledge of inside plant (ISP) work
- Large crew leadership: track record of managing large crews on medium-to-large projects
- Schedule commitment: availability for an early 5:00 AM shift start, and to ramp from 40 to 60+ hours/week as the project demands
- Travel-ready: willingness to relocate temporarily if traveling (on-site housing available)
- Field-tested skills: strong troubleshooting ability and a sharp eye for quality and safety
